6) How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.

7) How much time it takes for an order to get delivered?

We aim to ship out all orders received before 2.30 pm on the same day. Depending on the location, your order will reach you within 2-5 working days, For Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane orders placed before 2.30 pm will be out for shipping after 5.00 pm.

8) I tried ordering a product multiple times, but all I get is an error message. What do I do now?

Send us a screenshot of the error message on customercare@jhamasweets.com and we’ll try to rectify the problem ASAP. Alternatively, chat with us online and we will support you.

9) Which modes of payment are accepted by Jhama Sweets?

We currently accept payments made through all major credit and debit cards.

10) Do you accept COD?

We are only offering the COD service at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane pincodes at present.

11) Is it safe to share my card details with Jhama Sweets?
